I think they should both get life. Just my opinion. I don't agree on the kill the killers thing but oh well...I'd much rather die than spend 30 years in a dirty scum prision. eh :|

Those guys are sick... Capital Punishment is the only appropriate sentence... for both of them.

They aren't that sick. ****ed in the head perhaps, but not sick. There have been worse crime that've gotten less attention. If it wasn't such a national thing, they probably would not have gotten death or life. I believe they got what they justly deserved, but the bottom line, is that popular media had to play a part in it. I guess you can tell I'm not a big fan of popular media.

The shooter is being executed.
The driver is being sentenced to live in prison.

When the shootings happened, the younger one was under 18, and I'm sure that had something to do with it.

If one of the two was simply an accomplice and did not actually cause harm to anyone then I feel that life imprisonment is still rather harsh.

If however, both men caused harm (and in some cases death) then both should receive the death sentence regardless of how old they were at the time the crime was commited.

Yeah, I figure this: the adult was said to have "brainwashed" the kid to do all the shootings. He was the mastermind of it, so they feel he should be the one doing the death penalty.

IMO, the kid might as well get the same fate, because he knew what he was doing.

Sorry guys, I've just read in one of yesterdays papers that this kid had shot people.

I think he deserves the same punishment as the death row guy.
