fine, sorry I called them emo... My mistake, not emo, but ***** rock. Honestly, the dont do anything special. Musically, they are mediocre at best... The singer, I just dont like how he sounds. There are many, MANY other bands i'd rather listen to then waste my time with them.

Oh, and voice... I honestly dont see what great about the songs.. especially the lyrics

EDIT: I dont even think you have a say what good music after claiming The Darkness is the greatest band in the last ten years.

I beg the differ, Blindside & Lostprophets singers blow that guy away. He can sing on key, lets throw him a parade!

This guy's voice is genuine. Not only that, but you're comparing apples to oranges. Hell, Maroon 5's singer can falsetto really well, and hold notes much better than any of your favorite screemo goons.

I'll take that bet... My friend in The Prize Fight sings far better then him.

EDIT: Have any of you even heard them live? Cause even Britney Spears can sound good recorded

Your friend from The Prize Fight falls under the goon category. I'm certain I've heard some of their work, and it was crap.

And yes, I've seen numerous live performances by Maroon 5. Question is, did you listen to the album in its entirety? I'm assuming you haven't. And even if you claim to have, I know you're only lying.
