Casting Call:Max Payne
So I was playing Max Payne 2 today, and I got the feeling, that of COURSE there will be a Max Payne movie...I mean it screams out loud "PUT ME ON THE BIG SCREEN!!!"
So I got to thinking, who could bring Max Payne to theaters...and who could PLAY Max? Director: John Woo - The man is a legend of action films, his films are even the inspiration for alot of what Max Payne is all about, double fisted gun carrying, diving into rooms blastin' away....he would be a perfect choice. Max Payne - Keifer Sutherland....he's right around the perfect age for the role, and he's got the perfect voice for Max....it's almost spot on perfect. He's got the same pissed off look on his face....and he's a really good actor. Just dye his hair dark brown......and BAM! Max Payne! that's as far as i've gotten with this casting thing....anybody else got some ideas for other characters? I seriously think Keifer is PERFECT for Max Payne though....way too perfect.....

Keifer Sutherland would be good. I immediately thought of Johnny Depp for the role.

Mona Sax should be played by Demi Moore or Courtny Cox, Max Payne from part one looks like Johny Knoxville but for part two I'd pick Mel Gibson or someone.

johnny depp is too feminine....
Mel Gibson would be good..... But I still think Keifer Sutherland is choice #1.... I was thinking Demi Moore for Mona Sax too.... Gene Hackman could play Bravura...the police chief.

Is the movie even comfirmed? I was just wondering. And will retell what happened in part 1 or will it have an orginal storyline?

Unbelievably good choice for Max, Voice. I can't imagine why I never thought of him as Max. But now that you've pointed it out, I think it works brilliantly.

thank you, thank you..... I just keep hearing keifer sutherland talking...and it's just uncanny how well his voice matches. plus he's just got the right build....the right attitude....I'm gonna e-mail Rockstar, and tell them that he's the only man for the job...just so maybe it gets into someone's ears and they have him in their mind when it gets talked about....
