Ghost in the Shell

I was just informed of a few different things, and found very limited information on ign or production IG's website, but i was wondering if anyone had any information on the new movie planned in the Ghost in the Shell series, called Innocence?
Or even the supposed PS2 game and tv series titled Stand Alone Complex?

My roommate just told me 2 seconds ago that the series will be out on DVD this summer or something..

I have the first movie on DVD, the ps1 game, and 2 issues of the Man:Machine Interface manga series.. and if it weren't for me not having money, i'd have the full series..

I didn't even know there were plans to make subsequent films.

The Ghost in The Shell is a top title and anyone with even a small interest in anime should buy it. If there's going to be a sequel I'll definitely get it.

i havent done much research except for a few visits to IGN.. But, my roommate found a pretty cool trailer somewhere, i think it may have been the production IG website..
Seems this movie is going to use more computer animation for 3D landscapes, such as the convenience store scene.
It's a good trailer, but if i remember correctly, its kind of big.

If you have the time to dl it, watch it. All in japanese, but still worth watching.
