That box set is only for Return of the King, not all three. They won't be releasing the MOTHER set for a while....at least till a few months after the RotK EE set.

Yep i'll be waiting for the Extended Version with the Toy, so the Special Edition Extended Version since my other LOTR are Special Edition Extended Versions.
