Default So I'm looking at getting a vehicle...

I've decided that it's about bloody time that I get my own car. With another young driver on the way in our family, our two family vehicles won't cut it any longer (that will soon be 3 teenagers asking to take a vehicle out). So I thought to myself, "IT'S TIME I GET A CAR!" Being a student, paying for my own tuition, and only working part time, I do not have enough funds to afford even a $4,000 USD used car ($6,000 CDN). No, something more around $3500 CDN. But I know there are deals out there for the types of cars I'm considering. I'm looking for something with 124,000 miles or less (200k kms). Here are the vehicles I'm looking for:

1st up, a 1986-1988 Toyota Supra, has to be a 5spd.

Next up, a 1989-1991 Nissan 240sx, must be 5spd as well

And finally, something not as sporty or powerful, but VERY reliable and good on gas, a 1990-1992 Honda Accord

Let me know what you guys think of my options, and I'll keep you posted on my vehicle situation (since it seems like a lot of people are talking cars these days...)

I'd take the Supra.

If cash is a factor then get the economical Accord now and stick a little in a savings account then in a few years use the cash saved and the old car as trade in to get a car you want.

since you have little money and it sounds like you need to be saving...

i'd get a 5th generation accord

1994-1997...the 90-92 is still good, but you'll be much better off with the next gen

For 3500, you can get much better deals than those 3 cars. Find a Mitsubishi 3000GT, that car is awesome.

I'd go with the Accord, sorry but i'm not a big fan of 2 door cars.

I do not like have little space because when i go out to clubs and shit i got people in my car and if it's asmall ass car it gets annoying.

$3500 CDN...so in other words, around $2335 USD.

Personally, I'd just buy a woman and make her drive you around.

You could still get a 3000GT, especially since he wants manual.

Those are all manuals; you can find some amazing deals on automatics though.
