Lovely guitar. When I first saw the link I was thinking it was a "Harmony" brand guitar and I was gonna say that you can get those at Sears for about 40 bucks man. :rollin: But seriously that is one sweet instrument.

Ever notice how guitars are shaped like a woman? No wonder we like to play with them so much. Come to think of it, cellos, violins, violas, etc. are all shaped like a woman's torso. I understand that there is most likely a sound base for this but who the hell want's to get technical about it? Man, are we a slave to the female form or what? Maybe that is what I should write my thesis about.

You know I don't like statements like these. I mean shit, on Musiciansforums there are people who aren't in bands that have like 20-40 guitars. Seriously, get off my **** about the subject.

The only reason I'm still looking for a guitar is because I don't plan on using the Les Paul very much. It's far too rare of an axe to be played constantly on. It's like finding that 1940s penny that's worth $15,000 and using it. Get a clue, man. I still really only have 2 guitars. I've already made up my mind about the C1 Classic and it's definitely going to be my next guitar.

And GD: The inlay pattern is monstrously slick.

Hahaha, I've never associated a guitar with a woman's body. I mean, shit, who'd want a woman's body to look like an Iceman? :P It's just my passion for music, creating music, rhythm, etc. It's always ran in my family's blood. My grandfather (dad's father) knows how to play 6 different stringed instruments and is insanely fantastic singer, my dad used to play various instruments, my aunt (dad's sister) is Godly on the piano, my uncle (dad's brother) was also versed on the piano, as well as drums, and my other uncle (mom's brother, may he rest in peace) was also a guitar player: my mom said he was great on the acoustic.

So like I said, it just runs in the blood, I love playing, it's become more than just some little hobby like videogames were.

That's cool. The only thing that runs in my family is boredom and greed. My fiancee is like that though, she plays piano, volin, cello, and she could honestly be the next american idol if she was not too old and too artsy looking. HA! I envy you though man. I sure wish I could play a rubber band let alone a guitar.

I don't understand why people would say stupid shit like you have too many guitars, why the **** does it bother you, it's his money and his life let him be.

WTF is it with people, it's not like he's using your money to buy your guitar.

It's like when i told my friends i'll be getting a bluetooth mouse and keyboard they ae like why do you need it, and i'm like i like it what does it matter, it's not like i'm using your money to buy it.

Arnold i say buy whatever guitar you want and be happy, and to magoosh i say keep on collecting those DVD's maybe one day i'll reach your collection....

Unless you want to sell any of those DVD's magoosh i might be willing to buy!

I'd be with lue on this one, unless the guitars sound that much different from eachother, I really can't see a point. But if it gives you that nice warm tingly feeling inside to own lots of guitars so be it.

And if you have the money to spend, go for it. Paying for school, a car, and constant guitars can get costly though can't it? Which reminds me, we're getting yet ANOTHER tuition hike (just had a 60% hike last year) in our province next year, an additional $100 per course. Or was it per credit? Either way...

And by the way, the Schecter C1 Classic does look KILLER

Of course it sounds completely different than any of my other guitars! It has Seymour Duncans for pickups!
