Got the new guitar fixed.
I picked up the guitar today from Sam-Ash. Paid a cool $90 to get it setup. Had the action lowered, neck fixed, power outlet replaced, some sanding on the fret board, and some nice polishing.
   Guitar sounds ace, now. The bridge pickup is a lot better than I thought, really chunky, flat out awesome for palm-muting. All of the employees over at Sam-Ash were pretty floored when they saw the guitar; they've never seen one like it. All of them even offered to buy the guitar off of me. I've come to the conclusion that it may very well be the only one outside of Gibson's offices. I've searched and searched and have come across no model detail about this specific Les Paul. |

How much did they offer for the guitar ? I wonder how much its worth.

Looks like you got yourself quite a find.
Hold on to that...and baby it!! Kinda off-hand here.....but I noticed in the picture with the guitar in the computer chair...there is something on the floor that says Spawn....just curious what it was....

At first I was sort of 'meh' about the guitar, other than the history of it, but now that Its all shiny and fixed up, I must say that is one gorgeous guitar you have on your hands.
