I have never smoked it and probably never will. I cant honestly say that I will never try it though.

On one hand I can see the positives of legalizing it....there would be less violent crimes over weed sales...people who smoke it wouldn't be so paranoid....therefore would be more productive members of society.

I'm not saying ALL people who smoke weed aren't productive...cause I smoked weed consistently for about 2 and a half years and I worked MY ASS OFF.

But then there are the negatives of it being legalized, mainly taxation, and also the aspect of additives and shit that would be put into it for widespread sales (such as in stores and shit...same thing they did with tobacco.)

I just don't think legalization would work in america...people are too uptight here about other drugs, and would begin saying well if you legalize weed, you might as well legalize heroin....blah blah blah.

All in all I am for legalizing it, and treating it like alchohol.

I smoked for like a week or two, but it didn't really do much to me other than made it hard to run up and down the bball court, so I quit before it even became an addiction...

Thats not exactly true, the Mafia does alot selling... And they might start threatening the companies that start mass producing it. I also think it would put THOUSANDS out of work What would all the drug dealers do, THINK ABOUT THE DEALERS! :P

I smoke from time to time, but not heavily. I really see no problem with it as long as you are smart about it (which sadly many people are not).

The way I would do it would be to make it legal to have a plant in your house.

I'm saying that people wouldn't kill people for quantity because they'd have their own....and I don't think the mafia gets too deeply into the weed sales.
