No, he's not moving. He's trying to sleep but the PS2 is tempting him to play it. He got work/school in the morining. (Opens Photoshop to add more words).

Ok how about now.
For the speech bubbles I used the eclipse in the shape tool and chose path before I used it. the I made a circle line around it and added a few more vector points, and shaped a arrow/spike out of them. Then after I did that I right clicked while having the pen tool and chose fill path, then after that I chose stroke path using a different color. Hope this helps.
