Ok that's kind of stupid. So he turns off the PS2 but the red light apears on his PS2 controller ok that's funny why?

No, he's not moving. He's trying to sleep but the PS2 is tempting him to play it. He got work/school in the morining. (Opens Photoshop to add more words).

did you make those speech bubbles or did you copy them from somewhere eles?

Ok how about now.

For the speech bubbles I used the eclipse in the shape tool and chose path before I used it. the I made a circle line around it and added a few more vector points, and shaped a arrow/spike out of them. Then after I did that I right clicked while having the pen tool and chose fill path, then after that I chose stroke path using a different color. Hope this helps.
