Default Who works out??

Well, for about a year now I have been working out... I think its a pretty nice workout too. here is how it goes..

1> My bro drops me off at the YMCA
2> I lift (mostly biceps, triceps, chest, and abs)
3> and I run home from the YMCA which is like 4-5 miles... At first I couldn't do that, but after the first couple months I got used to it, and know I run it with a pretty good pace.

this reminds me of a thing conan o'brien said: i just found out that its a fact that the tongue is the strongest muscle in the body... now if your tongue is the strongest muscle in your body you better workout or shut up

I do, I do. I don't have a system or list to go buy though. I just lift and press.

<<=====Certified Personal Trainer,

I used to work at a gym with a CSCS and a Physical Therapist. I got to learn alot of stuff and work out for free so I figured it would be a good thing to start and I haven't stopped.

The key is good diet and using supplements. Every exercise routine is different but you have to eat right and use good supplements like a multi-vitamin (Centrum), proteins (EAS Simply Whey) and amino acids (Fitness Labs Amino 2200). I never exercise more than 90 minutes a day and never more than 4 times a week. I usually go from my diet weight (175lbs.) to my heaviest (210lbs) in three months without putting on lots of body fat.

It's not too time consuming and it actually pretty fun after awhile to watch yourself get bigger and stronger.

I guess I work out now that I play DDRMAX. I usually play that at least a few hours every day. I don't make a point of playing just so I can get some excercise though. That's just kind of an added bonus.
