I have to honestly disagree. There is alot of crap out there, Cell Tech being one of them (massive doses of creatine just adds water weight not muscle size) but between the scads of garbage there are really good supplements that affect how your body responds to exercise and more importantly, how it recovers from exercise.

Massive doses of vitamins (ask for Ultra Mega One w/o Iron at GNC) and Proteins (Whey and BCAAs) will help you put on more mass and size than not using it or trying to get your proteins from meats. A diet plays an important part but good supplementation is what will separate you from the flock. You have to remember that the exercise means nothing if you can't repair your fatigued muscles with protein and aminos.

If anyone is interested, I can give you a list of supplements that are really worth the time and money, in my opinion. Just PM me.
