Default Ze goggles, zey do noting! (I feel like Ozzy Osborne...)

Dammit. All day, my whole body is sore. I was playing basketball with my uncle on monday. It was a great 5-5 game, full court. It was 2 hours of continuous play. On top of that, because my uncle's team felt cheated, we decided to go into a technical overtime (we blew them the hell out). So chalk up another 15-20 minutes of game time. Goddammit. My body is sore like a mother. Every muscle in my body is sore. When I walk, I walk like Ozzy Osborne. I can't even kick my foot up on my desk as I write this.

Reminds me of when I first played street hockey a few months ago at work. I couldn't move for 2 days after that. My legs would cramp up for no reason, and I was completely destroyed for the whole weekend.

But, that was my first considerable physical exercice in 6 months (because of the sick), so it was understandable.

And this topic title worries me. I've been saying that all day yesterday.

I'm not very active, you're right. I need to play sports more often.

I can play forever and not get sore. I love sports. My favorite is full contact street hockey. Now thats where the pain begins.

Ok so maybe not but still...
Last year i've plays straight for about 2 and a half hours at Sage with my friends. We went like everyday and twice i've played from like 3:30pm to 6:00pm. Ok big deal twice but hey it was still something and yeah i took a 30min break at about 5:00 maybe 4:50 bu ok fine maybe 1 hour 30min straight.
But still try playing football for 1 hour and 30min maybe even more i'm not even sure, without intermission.

The only time i've hurt was when i starting to lift waits last year, i hurt for about 2-3 days. I stopped now i need to start again...
