Alright, for school today we had to go outside to do winter games. The temp was -6 and wind chill of -14 to -24 degrees. I did not bring a hat and gloves to school to go out but they said we had to anyway. I got frost bite from going out there. Can I sue?( I prolly won't but hey, just wonderin)

Those are abnormal conditions to go outside for gym. I'd consider talking to somebody about it.

I work for a school district and we close when the temps are that low. If we do have class no one goes out.

well if you actually did get frostbite and lost a finger or something, you could definitely sue them.
UNLESS: they had previously warned you to be prepared because they were taking you outside no matter what. if that is the case, then your just stupid ![]() |

You can sue for anything that bothers you. It's a question of whether or not you'll win.
