lol.. i had that game.. its kinda cool in a funny (i didnt have a girlfriend back then) kinda way,
 ok... If you asked Karmyn to do a photoshoot during the Fundraiser party, you complete the objective during the party itself. Once you ship the issue with Karmyn on the cover, you automatically completes this. basically, holds lots of parties, invite her over when ever you get the chance.. eventually she will succumb to you. got this info from Gamefaqs.. as i cant remember all the missions you have to do, but it sounds about right. oh.. and next time, you should post in the 'HELP' forum.... hope this all helps anyway.

it was like well over a year ago since i played it, so i cant remember exactly how you do things in order to get exactly what you are asking for.
anyway.. some answers here.. FREE STEVEN RATCHET Once you speak to Robert Aganasio and pay Steven's bail fee, this objective is completed. SIGN FAMOUS LEADING LADY Invite Builder Paris, Markus Jacobski, and any female actress over for a Party Machine. Schmooze and sign all three to contracts using the OFFER CONTRACT option to complete the objectives. Invite Builder to your Inner Circle if you have to. hope that helps
