sorry no cheats, but u can use a different car or change the look of the one with the high heat (i.e. paint, body kits, etc)

Just crash into as much stuff as you can and even if you don't think you're hittting them, you'll knock a few off. Also, when they're chacing you on the interstate, try to swerve onto an off ramp at the last second. Not only will they miss you if it's just one or two fo them, but they won't be able to turn around and get back on and you can get away while be just feet away from them.
