Default Splinter Cell Xbox help

Well I think this game is bugging on me. I've consulted many faqs at Gamefaqs.com and none of them have helped me, so I'm turning to forums now.

Ok, in the Defence Minister level, you get to use the retinal scan for the first time after disabling the laser beams in the South Wing Main Hall... I go through the door that I opened with the scan, there's a nice little camera, which I dispose of with a bullet. Then there are nice doors, right there...

As soon as I approach them, the alarm sounds, immediately ending my mission. However, every single FAQ states to open the doors at this point.

So I'm thinking that the game is bugging on me. I restarted the level twice, and it did the same thing twice.

Well, here's the answer I got from GA. It seems it isn't a bug, and it will most likely be in the other versions of the game, so I'll post darkx10's answer.

That is NOT a bug...but rather, an interesting (and annoying) design flaw (IMO).

Basically, on that level, there are certain areas that act as "checkpoints" for the cameras. Meaning, if you left ANY bodies out in the open...they will be spotted at that time. When you are going through the door, it is simply triggering an alarm. You left a body out somewhere between the kitchen area upstairs and the door you are at now. Go check around and move any bodies out of the light. That is what is going on.

That happened to me right before entering the kitchen. It would suddenly find a body, and the alarm would go off. That level was the only one that I remember being bothered with that.
I'll go try it in a few minutes, so I'll see if he was right. But since he's one of the few sane members of that forum, I'm assuming that he is.
