Question Ratchet & Clank

Can anyone help me find the gold bolts and how to get them. I've found most of them but missing about 5. How do you gain skill points? Where can I find the Devestator? Please help!!!

Default Gold Bolts

If you tell me where you are missing bolts I can tell you where to find them. Except for the one I'm missing in the bolt factory. As far as skill points are concerned you usually have to shoot a plane or something out of the sky. If you have already defeated the game start a new game with all the bolts you have now. Then go the the select menu and under goodies you will find out a little bit about earning skill points.
