I'm having problems posting messages. On one of my computers it works but on my other one when I try to post it says that I am not logged in while I really am. Does anyone know what's wrong?

Try loggin back in and then out, or try clearing out your "Temporary Internet Files" folder. which can be cleaned out through Internet Option, i do not beleive you need to delete your cookies so you can leave that alone.

If Lazer's advice doesn't sort it out then maybe this is a problem with storing cookies, if you don't have them enabled then I don't think it can remember your username. Try this:
  • In Internet Explorer (if you're using Netscape then I don't know how to help you) go to the 'Tools' menu (just across from 'File', 'Edit' etc.) and click on the tab that says 'Internet Options'. Alternatively, you can right-click on the Internet Explorer icon on your desktop, and select 'Properties', as this goes to the same place.
  • The Internet Options screen should come up, with a few tabs at the top labelled things like 'General', 'Security' and 'Content'. Click the 'Security' tab. On this screen you need to click on the button labelled 'Custom Content'.
  • The Security Settings window should open now. Scroll through the list of options until you come to the part that says 'Cookies'. There should be two seperate lists, 'Allow Cookies that are stored on your computer' and 'Allow per-session Cookies (not stored)', both of which have three options - 'Enable', 'Disable', or 'Prompt'.
  • If both are set to 'Disable' then that's your problem, and you need to at least change the second one to 'Enable'. If you only change the second one then you will have to log in every time you visit the site, but if you 'Enable' both then it should remember your login every time.

If they're both on Enable anyway then I don't know what else it could be. If mine or Lazer's advice doesn't help then maybe deleting all your cookies would sort it out, but that would mean having to re-enter a lot of info if you visit several cookie-based sites. Hope any of that helps dude.
