WHY WILL NO ONE IN BLUE RACE ME I HAVE BEAT ALL EXCEPT 15 OR SO WANDERERS. THEY JUST WONT RACE ME HELP!!!!!!!!!

YOUR NOT WORTHY!!! j/k, well beef your car up with some more mods and then they will race you.. Your car prolly isn't fast enough.
