I recently purchased Devil May Cry 4 and I have a massive problem, after I beat a mission then I save my game, then I'm all done and I quit right? But whenever I go back to play again I have to play that last mission over again before I can advance. There seems to be no real option to continue from where I originally saved. Any idea what is going on here?

No idea. What you may wanna try though is to start the next mission and press select, which brings out a menu, then select save.

I can't tell you how many times I watched Gloria do her sexy killdance that must have completely inspired the game Bayonetta, cleared that mission at the castle, saved, then had to do again... GRRRR

well....hm, dunno, never had that happen to me. if we're talking about the save game menu that comes up everytime after the ranking and such or w/e maybe something's just wrong, if you're talking about pausing and saving randomly maybe that's the problem? or perhaps just say f it and beat the game in one go then never worry about it again, LOL
