vice city help!!!!!!!

hi all i am new to this site! i am about 33 percent done with vice city and.............all of a sudden i dont have any missions to do?????
i bought the car dealership......am i supposed to do all the races?
i bought the icecream truck? does that have anything to do with this????
i have been lost for like 3 days now! can anyone please help!

ooops. I replied to your other post for help in the General forum.

Anywho..

Buy the Cab Firm, Print Factory and Docks and do their missions.

Buy pole position (It's got no missions but plenty of strippers

)

And then buy the Malibu club and do those missions.

To get the story missions rolling again you need to buy the Malibu for $140000 (I think that's the price). Do those missions to get closer to the final mission were you see the credits at the end.

As far as getting your percent completed up higher, there a tons of things you need to do and find. Go to gamefaqs for detailed guides on all the extra things you need to do for 100% completion.

ok ,so since there are no more missions to do. and i do as you say and do like the cab city jobs and the icecream truck job.....will there be more missions later or am i near the end?????? didnt anyone else run into this problem where there is no where else to go on the maps? just buying property and doing the errands? sorta stupid unless more missions pop up after i do these? help?

Doing the Malibu missions will open up more missions after you do them. And yes, you are near the end of storyline, but you stilll have so much more to do if you want to get everything out of this game. All that extra stuff is one of things that makes Vice City so great.

You need to get most of your properties generating money, on the cab company, malibu club, film studios and print works all you have to do is complete their missions. On the Pole Pos. club you have to spend $600 on the stripper in one of the back rooms. For Sunshine autos you have to do all the car lists (next to the garage in the lower bit) and for the Ice cream company you must do 50 deals, in on go.

No the icecream truck doesn't help with the races but the icecream truck will have something to do with the garage next to where you get the races. By the garage to the right of where you get the races there is a sign next to the garage it has a list of cars you can go and get these cars and take them into the garage and it will give you money for each one. When you complete this list you will get a special car which is placed in the delareship.After the list is completed a new list will appear with new cars.After a few lists of cars are found you will have to find the icecream truck thats were the icecream truck comes in.
I have a tip for finishing those races before the race starts blow up all the cars with a granade or the rocket lancher but make sure you get all the cars or else you will lose the race.After you blow up the cars you need to get in your fast car and cost around to all the check point. I hope this helped you with your question.

as far as the cheat goes for the races, just use the "blow up all cars" cheat as soon as it starts the countdown for the race 3.....2.....1.....!! but make sure you have full health! it is alot easier that way!

I am ne wto this site and i've also got to a point in the game where i dont have any missions to do im about 48% into the game and have bougt all the property there is but im not sure if i have to do the car showroom assesiasion missions to get to the next major mission can someone please tell me.
