How so? It's a killer app for both systems and it will be a system seller for both.

Got it yesterday too.
Post was late so didnt get it until about 10.30am and stopped playing at around 4pm.

Only did about 6 or 7 missions too!
Most of the time I had my phone on sleep mode just going for drinks and meeting up with the girlfriend!

I'm with you Dillon, at first (like first 20 min) I was impressed but not overly impressed but once you get into it then you start to notice all these subtle details and it just makes it so amazing!

When I first logged into the Police scanner and started searcing some criminals... very cool!
First name I put in was Tommy Vercetti... not there lol.

Anyone done some prank calls on the cops yet aswel?
So funny, I actually did that before Roman mentions it too.

**************Little Spoiler*******************

About a comedy act................
.................

Anyone been watching the TV in your safehouse?
I turned it on and Ricky Gervais was doing a stand up!
VERY COOL!
Aint been to a comedy club yet so Im thinking maybe on the next island

*************End of little spoiler********************

My only gripe at first was the way the camera panned when you were driving taking sharp corners but in the end I just got used to adjusting with the right stick.

I've never driven drunk, but I could imagine it feeling like what it feels like in GTA 4. :P

Well, im still trying to figure out how bad i need a ps3, so kinda doing the logistics. Still a later in the year purchase, but im glad the ps3 has a game that is pretty much a "must have". Although there have been some good apps, there wasnt one that was a definite system seller for me, yet. Difference being the 360 simply isnt the system for me, although its extremely popular as we speak... im in the Sony camp pretty much for future considerations...

I've got it, very fing awesome.
Favorite thing so far is just standing around blowing up cars. Some of the best car explosions in a game yet.

Also, dunno is this has been posted yet, but I've gotten one of the 60gig PS3 and it comes with loads of freezes and skips. Another way to fix this if you don't want to delete your game data and install again, just sign out of the PSN. Worked for me, after I signed out, no problems at all.

I've gotten drunk once taking out one of the GF.
It is very interesting, almost made me sick the way the screen and car drove.

Joystiq have put up a nega-review of GTA4, plucking the few negative comments from nine reviews to see what you end with. They were originally going to use ten reviews but apparently the GameInformer review doesn't come with a single criticism. Ultimately there's not much to it, which bodes very well for the game. I'm a little disappointed to see that:

Quote:
"GTA4 also suffers from those little things that have always plagued the series, such as sudden pop-in of objects in the environment and the occasional repetition of car models in your immediate vicinity".
That bugged me in GTA3 (the last GTA I played) and I'd hoped it would be dealt with this generation, but presumably it's not present to the same extent.

Well this problem is little bit wierd.
It might be just with specific cars or something?
Maybe someone else will post there opinion.

But there was 1 time when I saw this 1 car I had never seen before in Broker I think. It looked like the new Bentleys.
I got into it did a 180 degree turn and no joke, there were literally about 8 of them!
But I hadn't experienced it this bad at all with any other car just this one.
