For me, I only watched about 2min of gameplay, no cut scenes. It looks sooo good.

On a postive note, I finally paid in full my pre-order SE edition copy yesterday at Futureshop. it's the only store I know in Calgary that is having a 12:01am launch on Tuesday morning.

Just checked my Play.com account and mine is at the "packing" stage!
So if it is dispatched today/tomorrow should be no problems for me getting it on release day

It looks like they want and try to find differences, but it is pretty much the same old story about Xbox fail rate and noise. But when it comes to the controllers it is about what you like personally, some have big hands and find the PS3 controller to be awkward and uncomfortable, while others don't like the big thick 360 controller.

What do you guys think about this?

I'm going to leave my comments in Red Bold for these bullet points lol. I'm not a fan boy at all for the 360 system, but those guys who did the article have to much time on their hands.

3. Play online for free ($8 bucks for Live a month is not much)

4. We already own HD cables (Component cables, but the HDMI connectors are extra and if you have a HDMI port on the 360)
5. GTA IV may eat our hard drives (Those 1mb gave saves are brutal?? wth? Downloadable content should be 500mb or less I would think)

I won't be playing GTA4 when I get back on Tuesday morning. I will be playing around 11am though in the morning. I'll open up the pack and take some images and stuff of course. The GTA4 soundtrack could find it's way onto a link on the net *cough* *cough* for those who didn't get the SE version. I'm also going to pickup the strat guide for GTA4. I have all the GTA strat guides and they provide alot more info than walkthroughs in the main story line.

For those vids posted online. I only checked out gameplay with running around. I also got a live video feed for around 1hr and 35min of a guy playing it. When he would get into a story line I would close the page. He even went into a strip club and I closed the page. I was only interested in actual gameplay and there's stuff I need to keep secrets from myself lol.

It's strange that Rockstar hasn't shown any gameplay what so ever and that leaked vids are what people are seeing. The random ped interactions are wicked and this has only wanted April 29th to come sooner.

The only major difference is that the PS3 version runs in native 1080p.

There is a mandatory 5 minute DL for the PS3 version which almost completely eliminates the in-game load times. (sorry M$, you should have put a HDD and HDDVD drive in ALL X360s. Too late)

Also, a total of 4 DLC episodes will be released (2 for X360, 2 for PS3). They will eventually interchange, giving both systems the same 4 episodes. (Contract runs out in 09)

My guess is that everyone who will buy GTA4 has a HD already and those people who bought the non-hd are prob either going to buy a HD for the game or aren't even interested in the game.

Rockstar could have given people an option to run the download for no load times on the 360. I don't think it would have taken that much space.

amazing, i woulnt be able to help myself and watch!!


i think we can all agree, that everyone of us wll be enjoying GTA4 as much as the other guy on the other console.

i have my own reasons why GTA4 will be better on the PS3, but they are sooo totally unashamed biased Fanboy based, im embarrassed to say what they are .... only joking.
