Still not done the 700 point races or the F40 one. The latter is driving me mad. Did you find a setup which worked Dillon? I tried dropping the bower and weight to help on the corners (don't need top end speed) but it still didn't help much. Some of those collision penalties are too sensitive.

lol, picked it up tonight (wasn't going to, but decided to give in since it would get me off the 360.) along with a DS3 controller.

Started with an 05 VW GTi, raced until I could by an 05 Subaru WRX STi, then jumped online to play multiplayer... LOL... It's like a bunch of drunk lunatics got loose and went for a joy ride! Having a blast, but it's now 2am, and I need sleep!

Glad I paid for a 1/2 of a game? Yeah Sure beats Forza 2 in terms of visual and game play quality, and omfgwtfgtfoorz ingame music!

Glad you like it Zap' . Let us know if you hit any problems. I finally did the first 700 point race with the Tuned S2000 so will try using this on the last race then it's back to making money to buy the rest of the cars

I've run into 2.

1.) The 'Class C' Cappuccino *time trial* race. I've manged to pull in a 1'41.267 lap, most average around 1'43 to 1'44

2.) The 'Class C' Honda Integra *pass all cars* challenge. LOL, I can reel in 2nd place each time no problem, the last car always about 1.5 seconds ahead of me.

Aside from that, I've gotten all gold medals on C with little issue. Was having trouble with a few others, but after disabling the TCS, I've run laps alot better than I was before. I've played with Standard and Professional settings, used the old GT Pro wheel I got years ago when I got GT4.

Definately glad to NOT see the licenses. If that will be in the full game, I don't know, but I sure hope not. I always got frustrated with it.


Also, I don't see any way to play online with friends, unless I'm missing something.

I had some trouble with the honda integra "pass-all-cars" I turned off traction control then I pushed hard and finally nailed it. It is fun that some are a bit of a challenge, so it gives you something to work on.

Nothing like shouting victorious Japanese battle cry of "YATTA!!!!!" as you bring that *long censored beep* Ferrari F430 to the finish line, qualifying in 3rd place, to complete the A-CLASS events, unlocking the QUICK TUNE feature, and the rest of the online races.



Guess that leaves the manufacturer events, a ton of cars I care nothing for, and alot more online racing!

Spent some time tuning my 05 Subaru Impreza STi, and think I've got it pretty well set now. Twitchy crazy car now, but using the wheel/pedals and throttle control fixes that right up!

Now if they can just release an update to play against friends, I'd be very happy!

Is it even possible to get the Ferrari F430 to finish first in that event? I've tried for over an hour to get it and 3rd if as good as I can get.

I would believe this is easier done once you unlock the QUICK TUNE function.
