soldier of fortune: Pay Back *56k ugh...*
...hurrah!!
Soldier of fortune is back, and on the PS3! how i loved the 1st game, from the ease that my old PC would run the game seamlessly, and yet it was the only game that i found that was damn damn easy to load hundreds of user made maps.. and the gore... blow his arm off.. foot, shoot him in the groin... yeh..YEH!   a complete no brainer, yet for me was one of the best online fps's that i played, right next to Red Faction and Half Life. sadly Soldier of Fortune 2 never graced the PS2, and my PC couldnt run it.. i missed out on so much. but its back, and PS3 gets it this time.. probably 360 as well, but I dont have one, so here are the PS3 screens (i think) from IGN.      i hope they keep the old soldier of fortune 'feel' alive, but i cant help feeling that they will try too hard to compete with the other FPS's out there at the moment.

Game looks great.
The screens are the same as the 360's released today on IGN. I think it ships for both systems mid-November. |

wow, that's a quick appearance to say that I hadn't heard anything about the game until now. I'm sure it will be good but I'll probably give this one a miss.

According to GamePolitics SoF: Payback has been denied a rating in Australia, banning it from sale. It's not quite the same situation as Manhunt 2 in the UK though as Australia's highest rating is 15+, so it's either suitable for anybody aged fifteen and over or it's banned.

i wish i had played the second.. but ive seen loads of movies for this third installment..and wow.. limbs akimbo!
 or should i say Limbs blown off like never before?!hehe.. just give me that shotgun! poor Oz. well, at least Sony has given us a machine that is region free... so they can preorder a copy from Play.com.
