Anyone played the GRAW2 demo yet on the PSN?

just got it, didnt work at first, but this time its installed ok...

anyway, what do you think?

plus if anyone has played it on the 360.. how does the PS3 port fair?

Actually I had just got finished telling Cat that I had just bought GRAW 2 on live last night. I downloaded the demo on PS3 while I played about a hour of it on 360. After a few moments getting aquainted with the button changes,(which actually felt better on the PS3 controller to me) I played the level on the demo which just so happened to be one of the levels I had just completed on 360.

After I beat the level I turned the 360 version back on, and it seemed that the PS3 version looked a little cleaner and ran smoother than the 360 version. (the 360 version looks damn good too) Most likely because of the extra development time on the PS3 version. If the demo was this good I assume the final version should be outstanding, also after you play or maybe during a screen goes by that said 14 new multiplayer maps and 8 new weapons! Sweet....

wow, interesting... a few people are saying just what you have said, also saying that the explosions are a bit more impressive.
i wouldnt know the diffrence, as ive never played the 360 version.
all i do know is that after playing the demo and playing in FPS, i will be getting this for sure.
at last, a game that is as good on the PS3 as it is on the 360

I wasnt a big fan of it really.
I think I was comparing it too much to SOCOM which IMO plays better.

I was expecting it to look nicer aswel.
Ah well, im glad I didnt like it as I can save my money and put it towards Heavenly Sword

yeh, I see what youre saying!

i am comparing it to Ghost Recon of old, which imo is a better game than GRAW.. as most peoples gripes about old Ghost recon was its shitty graphics.

but graphic whores aside, GH was one hell of a tight game, always was.

i swore i was going to buy this new one when it first came out, it blew me away... and i probably still will, i have a few game sto trade in! but the appeal has certainly worn off a lil.

i dont know which i will buy first... warhawk or Graw.. Hmmmm

looking forward to Scom for the PS3, i dont think it looks as great as GRAW, but as i just said.. graphic whores aside, Socom may well play better. it will be interesting!

also one thing that i dont like about GRAW2... ive heard that the game is based on a 72 hour mission... i dont know about you guys, but i like my missions open ended! lol.. that kinda put me off a wee bit.

I've only played the 360 demo and enjoyed it immensely. It was much slower paced than R6 which more suits my gaming style.

I am off the internet all next week (

) so I'll have to look at downloading the PS3 demo when I am up and running again.

As for the 72hr mission part but that is pretty
