well, looks like a... um? new GTA? ya!

that means that we're gonna have to wait for GTA4 a little bit longer than we thought.

seems like we gonna get another GTA 3.5 before we get da real GTA4.

maybe it's better that way, maybe they're gonna take more time to polish the game, make it the best GTA title ever, the real killer and release, lets say, late 2004??? just before the SONY-ROCKSTAR deals ends?... we'll see!

I don't think the hype will be so huge for this one as Vice City. I mean, when the only thing that anyone talks about with VC is the addition of motorcycles, you start to crave a little more...something. It's a good series, but it needs more direction.

well, what can the games do that hasnt already been done?

in GTA1 through to GTA2, we wanted a 3D world, in GTA3 we got it... but then we wanted helicopters and bikes... and we got it in VC..

so what do we all want now? what will it be that is so amazing that you will want to buy it over anything else?


I guess online is an option, and apparently it will be online, but I wonder hgow they can do that without it just being a 'run around and kill' type of game?

it will cool to see what Rockstar have to offer us..

GTA1 - Oh yeah best GTA game....
GTA2 and all other expansions - Garbage
GTA3 - Also an awesome game was really addicted to it.
GTAVC - Garbage only extras and that's basically it.

True Crime looks like it will be the GTA and Getaway beater, and you get to do all kung-fu stuff aswell.

they need to make a huge online game that'll have alot of big maps and the possibility of d/ling new cities and then you can start out as either a random thug or start your own gang then others can join (random thugs) and its a fight to control the area and you'll need people online all the time so the other gangs don't make a surprise attack when no one is guarding your area. same rules as in the normal ones like when you die you lose all the guns but your clan can have their own buildings put into the maps since you own that territory and inside (with a price ofcoarse to keep it in there) would be guns and health and armor etc as long as you added it in there and pay monthly fee... for money you could kill gang members, sneak into one of thier buildings and steal a portion of their loot.. you could also gain skills like opening safes so it'd make the above action go quicker, maybe better shooting accuracy (the gun misses less) and just go on and on... possibly also have cg characters on the streets just so smaller places with less thugs seem more populated and also you could use it to make a co-operated mission to rob a bank or a synced hit on multiple police stations or take over a military base if you had enough guys. there should also be a certain time limit for a respawn.. Not very long but long enough so that you can't die and reappear in your base when a gang is in there doing something. (dying over and over and just coming back killing 1 or 2 guys isn't fair if you respawn right where they are) and it should probably have the respawns in multiple and/or random places not just gang buildings...

think i should rewrite that and send it to rockstar to let them know how i feel or you think they already know enough that they don't need it?

sounds like uve really thought about that. actually...its sounds kinda fun. a real time city with people doing ordinary everyday shit, with rivalry gangs fighting for domination.

well i've thought about having an online gta but never really thought about what to put in it... that just came off the top of my head (probably dreaming about it and its subconsciously (spelling?) coming back)..

edit: I looked up the whois on the domain and i don't know how legit it is unless this guy is a main guy under rockstar.. anyway here it is. (ps. don't email the guy...)
