Custom. I tried to make the game feel as realistic as possible. The difficulty settings are a little unbalanced, imo. But I set my hit % to 30...and it still got homer-happy. Final score was 9-7, me (Mets). Pretty intense game, actually.

I was down 5-0 by the 2nd inning (I was still learning the pitching game). Then scored to bring it up o 5-2. They scored the next inning, 6-2. An inning later I brought it up 6-5. A scoreless inning. And then 6-6. Then that piece of shit Pujols bombed one and 7-6. In the 8 I took over 9-7. Top of the 9th got crazy, they had two on, 1 out, and Hernandez was sweating balls and was tense - so his aim was shaky. I managed to strike out their batter and he relaxed. Sealed the third out and won. =)

I don't know what you're complaining about, this sounds like a fairly accuracte representation of most Mets' pitching.

Ok. This game seriously sucks. It's so unbalanced. The catcher AI is retarded - my catchers are always telling me to do the wrong thing. I just got scored on 7 times in one inning with the Yankees against the White Sox. Almost every pitch of mine was a home run.

This game is seriously screwy.

Dont listen to the catchers in this game,pitch to each batter with a gameplan.

Learn to paint the corners,learn when to pitch inside,learn how to set batters up using offspeed pitches after you have thrown a 4 seam fastball.Are you pitching with breakpoint instead of pinpoint? Make sure to keep your pitches low and you will induce more ground balls.

If you had the 360 version id play you and you would see how to pitch :P

I'm pitching with pinpoint enabled. I'll take into account what you're telling me about diversifying and painting the corners. Low throws also sounds like a good idea.
