Here are some Thoughts for GTA:SAS.

Setting/Beginning:Bayside,Tierra Robada |

Character:Caesar Vialpando

Year:1994
Ending:San Fierro-Good Wrap-Up
Beginning Mission:Sand And Tumbleweeds

I think that MAY happen. But I think they would focus on Woozie or Big Smoke. But it would be bad ass if they did do Cesar

If they manage to fit the entire SA map on the PSP, even with loading between areas I will be amazed and will bow down to their greatness

Setting- Los Santos
Beginning- When Brian Johnson was killed
Ending- When CJ came in to Town.
