so after this first shipment of PS3's is over, how long do you guys think he will have to wait for the second shipment? will all stores get a number of units or will it just be random shipments spread out all over the place?

in the UK, i think it was 2 months when the PS2's came in... but production is a lot higher in terms of rate for the PS3 i think.

i think you may get another shipment in a month.

If there are quantity issues with the PS3 in Europe I think a lot of people will be unhappy as they now have plenty of time to easily meet demand.

As for resupplies, I agree that a monthly shipment sounds about right and this will br spread across all the major retailers.

TBH I reckon that we will still get a limited initial supply over here. I know we should not have this scenario again, but I would put money on the fact that we do not have enough for demand on release.

I am still debating on which to go for 360 or PS3. Oh the choices the choices.

if the PS3 is really only £400..(599 Euro) i dont think its a hard choice

its PS3 all the way... its only £100 more than normal, and i'll put that down for £50 for a Blu-Ray player and £50 for the 60gig Hdd

seriously though, youre probably right! i can see them being on the shelves to pick up round Aug/Sep.
