Vib Ribbon? lol.. what a game!

anyway.. does anyone else think that Vibration in pads is a lil bit old hat now? I dont think Sony should stop making it, but I think a more intelligent form of vibration is needed, something more technical in the pad itself is called for.

I think until then, personally I can live without it.

I disagree. I far prefer the 360's controller to any revisions of the DS.

Where in blazes do you get that idea from? Myiamoto said they would bring older titles to the Virtual Console, and might in the future port some GC titles. It's not the same as a bolded every.

I mean I don't disagree that it would be better if they weren't banking everything on the controller as they are, but it's a gamble, and if it succeeds more power to them.

Which was basically a ripoff of the SNES controller and then a ripoff of the SNES controller with elements from the N64, and now of the wii. Your point being?

They have said remakes are going to happen with some little graphical tweeks and Wii remote controls. this was bound to happen, when you limit the power of your console you just can't move on.

I'm not denying that. I'm denying that they would bring every game as the other guy was implying.

Umm, no. like I said...

I don't like the 360 controller..it's ok but feels too big to me.

And um yeah Nintendo is launching almost all the games in their library... at least all of the good ones... most of the crappy games they probably won't mess with.

Virtual Console:
Wii will have down loadable access to 20 years of fan-favorite titles originally released for Nintendo® 64, the Super Nintendo Entertainment System® (SNES) and even the Nintendo Entertainment System® (NES). The Virtual Console also will feature a "best of" selection from Sega Genesis titles and games from the TurboGrafx console (a system jointly developed by NEC and Hudson). "End quote"

Link for you

I said it was and improvement over the SNES controller, but the N64 controller was god awful , just like the damn GC.

Any more question???

I think theres a difference between the virtual console and the remakes they talked about, the remakes as I understand it will be re-packaged as Wii games with some tweeks as I said. Typical of nintendo this, the lack of info they give is overwhelming, which leads to conversations like this, I mean, I could be well wrong in what Im saying for all I know.

They're not remotely the same, actually.

Dude I think your confused...

The vitual console is the downloadable games I was speaking about above.
The Wii-makes are GameCube games only, that make use of the Wii-mote.

Yeah. Where do they mention 'almost all games'? Oh wait, I can answer that for you. They don't.

And I don't like the n64 controller one bit either, but let's not kid ourselves and give credit to whom it's due.

dillon: Ryan is correct. While both do offer sensors on the six degrees of liberties (translation on 3 axis, and rotation on 3 axis), the Wii has the advantage of being able to locate where you are in space. So the wii always knows where you are in the physical room, and you can program your games around that. The ps3 detects your movements but on a more relative basis.

Is that not what I said, just in a different way.
