Because she was taking stuff out of my pockets and looking at my IDs while I was drunk.

So I went up and exhanged today, and they gave me one with a dent in the bottom corner of the box (away from the system, but it still worried me) but it seems to be running well. Still doesnt like connecting to Live until a test, but it doesnt seem to be crashing or cycling my connection when I start a game.
I'm thinking it's my campus' connection, but my friend in my suite also has a 360 and no network problems. But as long as it doesnt crash I count this a victory.
Also picked up the Monster VGA cable and its so much nicer than running it on a video input card.
