I feel pretty innocent...
j/k I agree with Ryan & Cowboy. There's clearly a market for garbage like that; why not just call a spade a spade, and sell it as such? I'm a little tired of how pervasive smut is in our world today, but I find the actions of politicians such as Hillary leave a bad taste in my mouth. I suppose I could be wrong, but often times these issues are used for nothing more than photo ops and b.s. There are a few politicians who consistently speak out against smut (such as Rick Santorum); the ones who truly care about the issue don't take these opportunities to get their names in the papers. And, be it right or wrong, they do, in fact, call for the removal of smut from all facets. Here's the rub, though - as several people here and gobs elsewhere have pointed out - you can't legislate morality. It's one thing to speak out against these types of things on moral grounds, but it's quite another to suggest their ban via legal channels. Until such time as we quit providing the demand for pornography, it will always have a place in our society. Like it or not. Personally, I don't like it; I just don't think taking legal action is the way to get rid of it.
