Default Found new video file converter for PSP

i've been converting my existing avi and wmv files to be viewed on the PSP all day. . I have a lot of dVD movies converted to AVI (so i can view them on my Pocket PC). This new freeware can be found here:

http://www.gamespot.com/psp/driving/...downloads.html

It is a more featured program than 3GP also another freeware to convert videos for PSPs.

I'll check this one out. I use image converter, and it's decent, but I'm always looking for something better.

How much space is there on the psp?

I can't seem to see how a 2 hr movie can fit on there.

It all depends on the Memory stick you have. I got a 512mb Duo and a 9min vid clip (higest converted setting) is around 65MB. Chappelle skits run around 5 to 6min, about 45MB. I haven't tried a full movie yet.

I'm using DVD Decrypter for the transfer. Then 3GP Converter for MP4 converts. If I need to adjust the volume, I do DVD Decrypter, AutoGK then RaPiZ PSP Converter to adjust the volume with MP4 convert. I haven't noticed any "image" decrease in going that extra step.

I can fit about 4 hours on a 1gig stick. I need to look into one of the programs that increases the volume, cause it's just too darn quiet. It looks like psp video 9 does though, so I am gonna see how it does.

Have you tried adjusting the volume on the PSP itself? You can set the video volume to Normal (default), +1, or +2.

i finally got a chance to use this program, and i think i love it simply for the fact it can convert quicktime .mov files.
I think the only movies i'll actually use it for is music videos and maybe some anime eps, but its still a pretty good program, although i have nothing to compare it to.

i found an error... i tried converting some other .movs, after finding some to work, i tried some Diesel Dreams .movs and it showed the thumbnail fine, but when i tried to play them, it loads a black screen, and doesnt play or allow you to exit... i had to turn off the system and let it sit a moment to get it start back at the menu..
