Sony ordered to stop selling Dual Shock controllers?

If this article verifies... this could mean trouble.

UPDATE: 3/27/2005:

Gamesutra (http://www.gamasutra.com/php-bin/new...php?story=5192) is reporting that Sony has indeed appealed the decision, so retailers can continue selling PS2s, Dual Shock controllers, and the 40 unknown games listed in the decision.

It is still possible, however, that Sony could lose the appeal and be forced to pull PS2s and Dual Shock controllers off of store shelves if they lose the appeal.

Its only a matter of time before sony starts to fall. Its happened to almost every company so far. This would be a big hit though.

Sony is a huge company and i dont think $9.7 million dollar lawsuit is enough to really hurt the company that bad. They probably make that much on memory cards in a week.

not sure if thats a typo of yours, but the article says $90.7.

Anyways... I really hope they work something better out because DS has always been the controller of choice, even after growing to like the Xbox S controller
