I think you'll like GOD OF War alot more Farf. The difficulty isn't ramped up to insane like DMC 3 and the story and production qualities are top notch and it looks great for a PS2 game, and pretty much no loading times at all.

I haven't played my DMC 3 since I got GOW and aint played that since I got my PSP. It's crazy, might get some GOW in tonight while my PSP charges.

I'd like to say that, in regards to the review, the reason there is no boss before Pandora's box is because they didn't have enough time. If you look at the extras, you can see that they had the gameplay down for it and everything, but they had time constraints. It stinks, and the developer regrets it, but it's not the intention.

I heard about this while checking out the surprisingly decent walkthrough DVD that came with the Official Prima strategy guide. Time constraints or no, in an action game of this ilk, not including a boss monster guarding one of the most significant areas of the game seems a bit lacking.

Time constraints also killed an extra story element that explains why a mysterious woman jumps to her death in one part of the game.

It's still a great game-- but in retrospect, I do stand by my criticism regarding the game's lack of bosses.

I bought the game last Friday, still haven't beaten it, but I think I'm getting close. Awesome game, which I'm thrilled about because there have been a few games where the demo has been good, but the final product wasn't that good.
