Well I got GT4 and had a quick scout round:

1) Isn't there a % complete icon when you visit your home?
2) I've imported the cash from GT3 but not the licences from GT4: Prologue as I want to get the bonus cars for doing the licences myself.
3) This is much more difficult than I remember GT3 being. Using the extra cash I bought a second hand Honda NSX thinking it would give me a good advantage in the first few championships. How wrong could I be??

The very first cup (sunday cup I think) went well and I took gold on all races as was to be expected. Then I moved onto the MR beginners cup and totally got my arse kicked. I took silver on the first race and then just bronze on the second. Even after slightly tuning my car I could barely keep up with the NSX Type S Zero in first place. I know it isn't entirely down to my lack of skill as I was a wiz on all the other GT's including Prologue.

I'd hate to be starting out with a 10,000 credit car

Generally though it's a good game with a nice selection of rock tracks and a welcome option of turning off all the crappy trance/techno and hip-hop tracks.

Check my unlockables topic for more details Deyton but basically, the arcade tracks are unlocked as the days pass in GT mode so the more you play it the more you unlock.
