I'm assuming size of the memory? Isn't it 4 Megabytes? I'm not sure, I'm pulling those numbers out of my arse.

Uh, the ps2 has 32 megabytes of main memory, and 4 megabytes of video-ram. Psone had like, 4 megabytes of memory, and something like 1 meg of vram.

Obviously owning a machine has nothing to do with your knowledge of what's inside, and neither should it really matter to you, unless you're programming the thing.

If the PS2 had that much video memory i highly doubt it would be such suckage in graphics in comparison to X-Box.

Read Mr. SunburnMan's post above me for the facts.Unlike regularly sized consoles and PC's, a mini console or such things as Pocket PC's, do not rely on a GPU (Graphics Proccessing Unit/Chip) they mostly rely on the CPU (Central Proccessing Unit/Chip) and the Memory.
