This game is absolutely amazing. I have no complaints what so ever. The graphics are amazing. The guns are amazing. The bosses are cool as hell. And the detail in this game is absolutely stunning. Easily the best survival horror game of all time. And yes, the tension is still there.

Its amazing, it has extremely fluid controls. There alot better than previous RE games. The enemies are so damn smart. They will flank you, climb latters, burn you out of buildings, and dodge your shots when you go for a head shot.

This is easily one of the top 5 games I have bought this generation. I got it 2 days ago, and ive already put almost 7 hours into the game. And thats a good bit for me. The weapon upgrades are nice as well. And there are tons of things to unlock. Including the mercinaries game.

Don't know..I played the demo at EB awhile back and the controls were terrible, the first person aim control was way too sensitive. I think it may have to do with the GC joystick though, because I had that problem with the FP view in Twin Snakes.

I guess I may rent it.

The full game is alot better. But if you found the demo aiming to sensitive, there may be no saving you. LOL

I thought the sensitivity was perfect. I'll look when I get done playing and let you know if you can change it or not.

Game is ****ing...I mean ****ING amazing.....

No words can truly describe how great this game is,damn I wish all gamecube games looked and played as well as this....actually forget that,I wish all games on every system were like this,only thing close is MGS3 imo.

I know what you mean magoosh. The game is extremely fun. I'm loving every minute of it. And where i'm at, the story is really starting to move now. I can't wait to I get to the end and see how it ends.

I saw the thread at the top, and wondered 'why the **** would they sticky a thread about a game?'

But I see Goosh's miracle j00Glue had a hand in it


I have't even played the game yet. My friend has been creaming his pants every time he would talk to me about it before it even came out. Now that he has it, I bet when I get back to the dorms, he'll make me watch him play, and i fear he wont be wearing pants for safety reasons.

I probably won't play. Since playing RE1 for PSX when it came out for 5 minutes at a cousins, I've been a little scarred about RE games. He was like 10, and he asked me if I wanted to play, I did, and very quickly gave back the controller and wouldn't play again.
It's sad when a 10 year old has more balls than you do.

RE4 isn't really scary. Its extremely tense. Picture This:

You walk into a town. You get spotted. You run into a cabin. You can barricade the door. Only seconds later they will be pounding and breaking the door down. They start smashing the windows out of the cabin. The down stairs is already being taken by them. You then have to run upstairs and push the ladders down that they just sat up through the ustairs window. You can hold them off, but if you stay in there for to long. They bust out the molotovs and will try and burn you out.

Sad thing is, that in the first 5 minutes of gameplay. It gets better. Or should I say worse.
