well being multi region in games and in power... I guess so! if you can afford what ever the price tag will be.

im thinking $200.. and theres so many things to buy for it like batt packs and headphones etc... that it could be quite pricey.

I know this has probably been brought up already, but I just noticed it in the pdf..
PSP has 802.11b?
Does that mean that it can connect to other PSPs on a LAN or WAN over an existing 802.11b network?
My school has some public hotspots for it (even though its all VLAN'd into each dorm building to slow the spread of worms), but say, if it were to connect on one side of campus to the wireless, and someone on the other side (far out of the PSPs personal range) was on another connected wireless hotspot, would they be able to connect?

A side note....
I was going to Japan in February.. I could have bought a PSP... but the trip was canceled the other day...

I could have lived without the PSP, but I was so intent on going

But.
That is an adaptor that requires AC.
I want a portable and low cost batt. pack to work for 18 hours since on some exploration trips searching for new poison varieties of jungle life gets boring after a bit.
But id rather take boring jungle to exciting sea hunts for extremely deadly sea snakes that
kill with one bite in less than 8 seconds with no antidote and never mind the three grand paid at the end of the day for a bag full of poison sea snakes.
I guess once I get a PSP I can take it to the local news station and let it run for 18 hours or see about getting the twenty to hundred grand for a booth at E3.
But.
I also want a new BMW.
So the big choice is a car or a booth.

BMW is crap in the Jungle... keeps getting stuck on logs and things

Yes.
But.
I meant for city use.
Jungle:
A hummer ,land rover or jeep works good,well except trying to cross an overgrown river when the hummer turned into a "fun and interesting" downriver ride.

I think that if someone could make a Solar console recharger... now that would be cool!

I now understand why you wanted the knowledge of how else you could power the PSP.

that should be quite easy. you might even be able to take apart one of those wind up radios and make something?
