How much time do you spend playing a game on your Playstation?

The longest I've gone was eight hours. With a couple of five minute breaks. I guess it's because I was really into the game and trying to beat it in a single day. I forgot what the name of the game was though, it was probably a Final Fantasy game.

the longest ive spent on the PS2 was about 30 plus hours, hard to say but it was when Vice City first came out, the PS2 didn't get shut down from Friday to Sunday.

these days the avg time is around 4-6 hours... I usually turn it on about 8pm, then turn in around 2am, but that's on a weekday night when nothings happening much, during the weekend, though I usually do play PS2 when I get in, I find I go for longer stints, and the amount of times ive woken up at 9am with the controller in my hands...sigh.

I might play for a couple of hours at the weekend but that's about it. When I first get a game I'll spend the night playing it but then it's back to weekend playing only. I just don't really get the time during the week.

I usually play for an hour at a time tops, but I think I played MGS2 for 4 or 5 hours straight when I first got it.

I think the most I've played in one sitting was from about 1pm to 2am while playing FF7. I've played multiple games of Madden at a time which takes up a few good hours.

I've played pc games for 11 hours straight or more several times.
PS2, depends on what I'm playing, if its an RPG, I'll last maybe 10 hours max.
Back when I first got my PS2, i put around 6-7 hours a day into it, and lately, it mostly serves as an oversized housing for a tiny red nightlight.

the longest was 15 hours, becasue the game that I was playing it's for 2 players and this game was fun "NBA Street vol 2" and "SSX Tricky"
but when I'm alone and need to finish a game lke MGS, I too only 3 hours or less

Well it depends the game you're playing. I finish Max Payne on 5 hours and I got a bad headache that day. If my parents knows that I stay playing for about 2 hours, they will suspended me for playing videogames.

I tried doing one of those 24-hour-Socomathons before, but I quit after about 5 hours. Those are too hard. Other than that, I don't spend amounts of time in bulk, but mostly little-by-little.

me too. I don't think it's even been turned on for three months now.

When I really get into a good game, though (if nothing else is going on to distract me), I've been known to check out of reality for 6 hours at a time.

Doesn't happen too often, though.

The last game I was really into was ESPN NBA. I used to get two or three good games in at a time (using 5 or 8 minute quarters, I forget which).

It'd be a lot easier to loose myself if I were single (and not a dad). Probably good thing for me that I'm not single; I'd be a huge, slobbering couch potato

I have been feeling the itch lately to get a game started up. Who knows, maybe by this fall I'll get back into it...
