Ok, i have been tossong this idea around my head for a fwe hours so ill post it.

How do you burn PS2 games, i know the blue disks, but what about the DVD games like Gran Turismo 3 and such, what do you do, how do you go about ti, do you need to rip the game to the harddrive or is it tray to tray burning.

And dont be worried, i dont have a DVD burner so i wont be pirating my ass off, i just want to know how its done.

Ripping a game into a hard drive. Splitting the info into two seperate CDs. Say you rip out the soundtrack from GT3, you could most likely fit it all on one 700MB CD.

Like I already posted here:

Okay, the best program to do PS2 DVD-R's is Prassi Primo DVD Replicator, follow these instructions

1. Start Primo
2. Click "go to full application"
3. Click the drive that is your DVD-R
4. Choose a path for the image (preferably NTFS drive)
5. Right click on drive
6. Then click global image, Then build (this extracts the dvd)
7. Then just burn the .gi (global image) of the game with a DVD burner.

This is the way I was able to locate that looks like it is also the easiest way to do it.

USE A SEARCH ENGINE!

I'll tell you right now I think burning these games is weak as hell. "But LEAD it's just for a back up!". Sure it is, we all beleive you! Like usual: I nor any one here is responsible for you or your actions if caught using or transfering hardware, softeware, used to copy, trade, or pirate copyrighted software. Your ass is just that, your ass.

How do you "rip" a game onto your hard drive? And would I be able to burn just the music from my games onto CDs. I would absolutly love to be able to do that.

You would need special rippers and ISO9660 creators. Also some tutorials.

Didn't I just post links on how to do this? Maybe it's the invisible font I'm using?
