I think one thing we all agree on is that reading your posts is headache inducing. Seriously man, get a clue.

As for Triple Triad, it has to be one of the coolest mini games I have ever played.

I was never a fan of the card games, haven't even bothered playing more than a handful of games this time round. Some elements of Triple Triad are just too annoying for my liking..

Actually Macho, Triple Triad has a HUGE effect on how strong your party eventually becomes. If you're already on Disc 3 and you haven't been playing, don't even think about taking on Omega Weapon- you'll never win.

See, the cards you eventually get can be refined into some of the most amazing items, spells, etc. you have ever seen. For instance, the Gilgamesh card becomes 10 Holy Wars, which makes your entire party invincible for a rather sustained period of time.

And trust me when I say that you would need such provisions if you were to take Omega down:

1,161,000HP,
Str- 255
Mag- 255
Spr- 175

So take my advice and don't bother going after him. Without a good 7-8 Holy Wars, Lionheart, and a ridiculous amount of Aura (as in 100 per character), you really don't stand a chance. The first time I fought him, every character was Lvl100 with all stats maxed (yes you CAN do that if you have a brain), and he took me out in about 1 minute.

Oddly enough I had no trouble with Omega Weapon. HE wasted me pretty quickly the first time but the second wasn't too difficult. Can't really remember what I did though. I think I kept using the spell that lets you continually do your limit break. Then I used the three characters with the most damaging attacks.

Damn, it's just been so long since I played the game. Maybe you were TOO high of a level. I was only about a level 70 or so when I beat the game. Since enemies level up with you, that could explain why you had such a hell of a time beating him.

I also wantd to comment on this continual claim that having the Seed Rank punishes you for exploring. I found everything in the game and did a lot of exploring and beat the game with the highest Seed ranking. So I know I wasn't punished for exploring. I'm not sure, though, what the changing of Seed Rank is based on.

Me too. Actually I cut him down on my first try and I still don't see where all the fuss comes from about how tough Omega is. He's easy. I'd kill it again if I could remember what I did.

Omega's stats at level 70:

832,000HP
Str- 255
Mag-255
Spr- 158

So, yeah, since you can still max out most stats at level 70, and he has roughly 350,000 less HP, I imagine it would be easier to take him out at level 70 if you are junctioned right. The question is why you wouldn't want the added challenge of taking him out at level 100.
