I agree that it was a bad decision putting Resident Evil on Gamecube. I can tell the reason why the deal was made because of Shinji Mikami. He stated that he didn't like PS2 so another team had to make Devil May Cry 2. That may explain why Capcom has lost money.

I think that Resident Evil Online will probably do welll. Hopefully, the Resident Evil series will be back on PS3.

I do agree that Fatal Frame rocked.

Farfus - What do you know about Clock Tower 3?

I saw a short rolling vid on a demo disk and it looks okay but I don't get the gameplay

No Shooting?
No Fighting?

The whole idea seems to be to run round as fast as possible avoiding anything that moves.

You got more info for me, bud?

PS3 will be good, my only concern is that it will be focused too much on online play (Something we in the UK seem to have a problem with).

The only information i have is what you can find on IGN, and on the internet, Gab, but it looks really good, to tell you the truth. They've got some excellent movies and screens of the game. It will be different from the first two, i enjoyed the first one a great deal, gave me some similar feelings i had with fatal frame. With ClockTower it was never knowing when Scissorman would show up and start chasing you around with these huge scissors, and man there could be some hairy experiences. Plus just the situations they would put you in, definitely never knew what was next with that game. The second was blah, i burned it and played it some, but didnt impress. This third edition will be graphically amazing, and will have character movement more like RE i think, it wont be point and click like the first two. Its coming late March so there will be plenty of time to discover more about it as it becomes available, but IGN has a fair bit on it...

i've been surprised that a very good resi title hasnt came out on the PS2.
I was very disappointed with Code V
it started off ok, but then it just kept going on and on and on!
It lasted to long in my opinion
i mean i did always complain that resi 1, 2 and 3 were too short i thought but they could of been longer without getting boring, Code V just got boring very quickly.

ive played resi on the gamecube and the graphics are amazing i think, i think they look a lot better than that of resident evil online!
the makers should keep the backgrounds pre-rendered on resi online, thats what makes the graphics even better but from the dvd ive seen they dont look pre-rendered. Still looks great thought but not as good as the gamecube version im sorry to say

The boxes the games come in will have a new look.,both for PS 3 and for Next Box.
