can someone tell me what the differenece between Metal Gear Solid: twin snakes and Metal Gear Solid:snake eater is?

Twin Snakes is a remake of Metal Gear Solid which will be on Gamecube. Snake Eater is the next sequel in the Metal Gear Solid series, Metal Gear Solid 3, which will be on Playstation 2.

You won't miss much, there improving the graphics and gameplay. And I think there adding some new cut scenes. But its not a must have IMO. Snake Eater will own all metal gear titles.
