DMC movie?

I remember reading that a devil may cry movie was in the works.anyone know if there's any news on it? I really wanna see it

Last I heard, a studio had bought the rights to it, but they hadn't even begun casting yet. Once we have more info, we'll be sure to share it

They can make it quite violent but still give it a lower rating because only demon and puppets get hurt.

I think this would have potential as long as they gave it the dark edge that the Blade movies have.

I need it more darker than Blade, great story line, not much rock music,............

What I'm saying is, they normally give game/movies lower ratings (Like resident Evil) and this normally results in a diluted products because they can't show a lot of violence to humans.

What I'm saying is, because there aren't actually any humans in DMC to get hurt, they can up the violence yet still, if they feel absolutely necessary, give it a lower rating to allow more people to see it.

I personally would still rather see an 18 rating stamped across it.

I would want them to make the movie computer animated so that dante can look like dante and maybe they can get the original voice actor too.

I was thinking the same idea. Computer animated would a great plan, great concept graphic.

Rock is ok, uou're right Hawkster. the Next thing we know the Rock will be playing Dante .

DMC is for mature audience only, I don't need it to be a teen movie so that everybody could watch. Japanese style only.
