This game has been recieving good reviews from GS and EGM. I was wondering if any of the staff here have played it, and does it live up to the hype. Any relevant comments would be appreciated.

Yeah, this game looks outstanding. I've only played the PC demo, but from what I played I know I have something to look forward to on the PS2 (once I get it). It sure has gotten some great reviews, but not nearly enough attention as it should get.

Staff, can we expect a review of it sometime soon?

Possibly. But if he has, he would be the only one I've heard do so. The only fault I've heard is that it's a little on the short side.

I just bought Freedom Fighters last night and I have to say it's one of my favorite games ever, and I have played some outstanding games. I highly recommend it to everyone who likes a solid 3rd person shooter, especially since the squad-based AI works out so well. The controls, though they seem like they might not work out so well, work outstandingly well. It's really just a solid game. It's definitely my favorite of 2003 so far. 10 out of 10 in my opinion.

Yeah I picked this up the other day and have to admit that it is rather good indeed.........It has even kept me off Socom for a couple of days LOL
