Here's the kicker...I don't ask for PS2 games for Christmas. I can buy any one or ones I want.....but I do ask for DVD box sets. Playing $80.00 for even more a pop for DVDs suck

I ruin it for myself... because i buy US/Japanese games before theyre released over here, plus UK games as soon as they hit the shops, no one can buy me games as I too have already got em.

there is a downside to having too many consoles and a job..

Same as you. But I've quit asking for games a long time ago, as I know that they consider me too old to play games. They haven't bought me a game since the 8bit era. :[

too old to ask for games? I consider games as important as a good film or book as they can be so beautiful and interactive. being a lil dyslectic, I find it a fantastic gateway to a world that was previously somewhat closed off for me.

I still ask for games, but only from my wife who can order from Play-Asia and not fuk it up! otherwise I still get money, which I find very amusing seeing as I really shouldn't be given money at my age, but hey, how old do you have to be to stop accepting money for your B'day or Xmas?

Basicaly the same here, If I want a game i'll just save up all my money for a week or two but it's the dvd box sets that I've gotta wait to get since they're usualy 70-80 quid. So most likely i'll be asknig everyone for dvd's.
