Default Can you browse the web with a PS2?

I just picked up an Online Pack the other night and I was wondering; is it possible to browse the web with a PS2? I know it would be clunky at best, but I used to browse the web with my Dreamcast a few years ago. Anyone know?

Thanks for the responses. Does the www.brookfresh.co.uk method only work with European PS2 NA startup discs?

here's the answer I was looking for, it looks like it only works with European hardware/discs.
